I’m Dee Elise, a product designer who believes financial systems should feel as intuitive as sending a text. Too often, payments, risk, and crypto tools are built for complexity first and people second.
Outside the screen, I’m a spontaneous weight lifter, forever flipping through pages or chasing the next scent of curiosity. I love a good joke, a good jam, and the kind of conversation that tickles the brain. Some say I’m quippy; I like to think I’m just honest.
I’ve been the only designer on lean startup teams and part of global product orgs. In both, I’ve learned that the best design happens close to the problem. I listen closely to customers as I sift through the data to find a pattern. Once the problem is crystal clear, I saddle up to engineers and cat-herd product leaders to turn messy workflows into something simple, trustworthy, and human.
